RTL support #26

Chips and ChipsTextView does not work with RTL (Hebrew show nothing in ChipsTextView) when you use non RTL system language (e.g. English)

ChipsEditText works (show characters)

See video: https://youtu.be/YE7V9Gx7kSc If you use normal LTR text, it's visible, but when you use Hebrew (RTL text) it's not shown in ChipsTextView.
