Just took some time to add a command org-anki-update-dir for #90, please have a check.

@dimitry12 Hi, is it something that you want? please have a try and see if it works for you.

Merged this in https://github.com/eyeinsky/org-anki/commit/75c2cd6ababf3e2808107af32efc754bfd06a88b and bumped version to 3.3.0!
