Spansh plugin: remove incorrect cast to boolean for the modified timestamp values #118

The import fails when the DB has not been created, i.e. on a new install.

Please update this plugin so that it will populate the data when the database does not yet exist, rather than crashing.

@lanzz The plugin also often fails when using the url: urllib3.exceptions.ProtocolError: ('Connection broken: IncompleteRead(21298710 bytes read, 1529267782 more expected)', IncompleteRead(21298710 bytes read, 1529267782 more expected))
