Add known ids to the nodes #1

There are several organizations that try to disambiguate people, organizations, and funders. We need to add ids provided by these organizations as attributes of the corresponding nodes.

  1. ORCID: individual researcher, https://orcid.org/
  2. ROR, organizations, https://ror.org/
  3. OFR, funders, https://www.crossref.org/services/funder-registry/
  4. Crossref, publications, https://www.crossref.org (DOIs)
  5. OpenAlex, people and institutions, https://openalex.org/
