i cant set the vulnerability of a citizen in mh #80

the title says it all

to reproduce just add the script

its supposed to make the npc can take damage

Server Version and Type: paper 1.16.4
Skript Version: 2.5.3-MH
skRayFall Version: 1.9.20
Additional Plugins: skript addon: skbee, vixio

the {_id} is set correctly I know this because when I made the citizen say something it made the last spawned citizen to say it (aka the citizen I'm trying to make it take damage)
