Ti sdk 5.5.1 update, android 6 fix #1

Update to work on Android 6/7. Users need to request location permissions in their apps as this currently cannot be done in the module (see jira links).

Merged! I removed build.properties and added that requirement for building to the readme. Thank you!

I intended to credit you via the contributors tab, but I see that is not showing up, I suppose since I did the merge locally and squashed. If this is important to you, let me know and I will try to remedy it.
