Update all generators to use next(gen) instead of gen.next()
The visit function is now PEP 479 compliant
Fix all tests to use next(gen) instead of gen.next()
Ensure all tests pass
Fix test discovery so that python -m unittest and python setup.py test both work
Bump version to 0.4
