add Widevine provisioning connection to Android table #36

This is covered in https://grapheneos.org/faq#other-connections now. It does per-app provisioning and Vanadium has DRM protected media off by default, so we decided it belongs there rather than default connections. A user would need to install an app using DRM protected media to trigger it, making it a non-default connection.
