Generate dictionary with qwebengine_convert_dict

What do I need to run qwebengine_convert_dict as shown in the example?

I tested installing Pyqt5 + PyQtWebEngine did not work.He says the command was not found. The same happened with Pyqt6 + Pyqt6-WebEngine, both installed via PIP.
