This will create a discord.js file that has the logic to bring in intents and has a basic ping command setup as well as the ability to be turned on and off with nodemon discord.js

Began to build out functionality to prompt the modal, need to get correct intent still so its not fully working yet. heavily commented to help visibility of what is going on with the discord.js
