Missing generic SED1520 config file #18

Sed1520_Custom_Config.h was deleted in R330. The current documentation still 
refers to that file.

If a suitable generic file sed1520 file does not exist, a new one should be 
created based on the modvk5121 file

I believe that this is just a documenation issue in the WORD/PDF document.
The glcd_Config.h and the doxygen HTML files only refer to 
Modvk5121_Manual_Config.h

I can't remember but I thought we decided to remove "generic" sed1520 support 
for now as there really wasn't any generic module or recommended wiring.
