Update diags to print build number and build date #28

It would nice if diags could report the library build number and build date.
This would help fully identify the code base used.

new file glcd_Buildinfo.h is now in root and contains build information.
mkzip was updated to create this file in the build process.
glcdDiags will print the build information if it exists.
