White pixel padding on Arduino Icons. #7

Currently, there is some difference between the Arduino icons.
Some have a white pixel as the boarder pixel of the icon and some don't.
I believe all but the default 64x64 icon have this "pad" pixel.

This only comes into play if you do icon animation by redrawing
the icon on top of the old icon 1 pixel at a time.
