Round trip questionnaire lands on about page

Describe the bug After finishing a questionnaire I return to the assignment about page on Next instead of the task list.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to projects
2. Create a Panl questionnaire item
3. Copy Redirect URL into questionnaire link (to simulate round trip)
4. Go to preview
5. Start questionnaire
6. See error

Expected behavior After the questionnaire I expect to get back to the task list and see my questionnaire task checked.
