Need to click twice on 'create storage' button #883

Describe the bug When I press the button to 'create storage' in the data storage section, nothing happens. If I press the button again, the storage is created within a few seconds, the button dissapears and I can 'go to storage' (ok).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create new project
  2. Create donate study
  3. Press 'create storage' button
  4. Observe nothing happens for a long time
  5. Press 'create storage' button again
  6. Storage will be created within a couple of seconds

Expected behavior Button works on first click.
