Unable to select a data source in workflow

Describe the bug When adding a donate workflow, there is no 'data source' to select.

Maybe out-of-scope / known issue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add donate workflow to data donation project
2. observe data source can't be selected from dropdown

Expected behavior One or more data source options to select.
