Questionnaire monitor does not capture start

Describe the bug A participant starts an (external) questionaire by pressing 'start'. This is not registered by the monitor.

I understand that the "Start button" is a link to an external site and right now it resolves to

https://unknown.url/?participant=1122

Not sure if clicking on the link can even be registered as a start event for the monitor?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a donation workflow
2. Add a questionnnaire task
3. Participate as a participant and complete the donation
4. start the questionaire and observe in the monitor that no start is registered

Expected behavior Monitor registers start of questionnaire by participant
