Error message when no data storage connected

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If no data storage is connected and a D3i data donation flow is uploaded, the flow does not load (i.e. jumps back to task list once loaded).

Describe the solution you'd like Error message in preview that the data storage is not connected, or when pressing preview?

@AdrienneMendrik you may want to change the warning. Keep in mind that the warning is mostly for creators, but a participant also needs to know what to do with it.

@emielvdveen I do get the error warning but it's very easy to miss and it's only shown briefly. Technically speaking this issue may be addressed, but I would recommend showing a larger permanent banner spanning the width of the window that shows the error from the start of the preview.

@TjerkNan relative hard to fix. I consider this issue done for now.

Real issue was a crash which is not happening anymore.
