Language setting flag is gone #950

Describe the bug

The language setting flag in the top right corner seems to be gone. It was previously shown in the top right, if I remember correctly. image

Issue: participants are not able to change the language on the fly.

To Reproduce

On master in commit c2ff1e36e9e21e46b852ea4abb293fffe44c853e

  1. Create a data donation study
  2. Click preview
  3. Observer language setting being absent.

Expected behavior The expected behavior is a language changing option.

As discussed with @AdrienneMendrik language setting flag is gone. Feature to change langauge on the fly is not there anymore.

Panel companies can distribute 2 flows each for a seperate language.
