docs: fix confusing wording in README #141

This fixes a confusing sentence to make it more clear the cause of the performance hit is backtrace::Backtrace, not std::backtrace::Backtrace.

I don't think there was any objection here, just fell through the cracks. The CI isn't running for some reason. I'll look into it tomorrow. Thanks for the contribution!

Hey, sorry about the delay. I don't know what the github CI bug is here, but we've moved color-eyre over to the monorepo. Unless you beat me to it, I will port this change over there and credit you!
