[FEAT] Option to move the toolbar to desktop bottom #180

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This is more a preference than a problem but it would be nice to have the option to move the toolbar to the bottom corner of the desktop like in the regular Windows position.

Describe the solution you'd like

Adding an option to move the toolbar to the bottom part of the screen.

I also need this feature since I'm using another program called Fences and I mounted all of my folders on top.
