[FEAT] Add icons for apps in system tray #282

Some apps open in system try have no icon. Some apps are displayed as Unlabeled tray icons

Unlabeled means exactly what it says the app that created the tray icon doesn't give it a label

See #177. Most of the "unlabeled" icons do have names in the normal Windows system tray.
