FCS file whose data does not parse #23

Hi. See BD - FACS Aria II - Compensation Controls_G710 Stained Control.fcs at Flow repository.

This file parses if and only if meta_data_only=True. The error is cannot reshape array of size 72631 into shape (10000,12).
