Fix Numpy 2.x compatibility #75

  1. Incorporates fix outlined in https://github.com/eyurtsev/fcsparser/issues/74
  2. Removes ancient travis.yml.

@eyurtsev @matthewpendleton hope that this helps with Numpy 2.x compatibility.
