Not upgrading ezflow/ezwebin packages causes fatal error's #17

Hi, After using the ezupgrade tool we must upgrade the packages mentioned in the direct upgrade doc. http://doc.ez.no/eZ-Publish/Upgrading/Direct-upgrading-to-4.5-from-4.1-4.2-and-4.3/Direct-upgrading-from-4.3-to-4.5 After upgrade if we create an article before upgrading the ezflow/ezwebin packages ezpublish gives a fatal error. This was tested in a ezflow 4.4.0 with content.

To me this is a feature request: Automatic update of packages from packages.ez.no. Had a look at it and since ezpm does not support update or delete of installed packages this feature will require a bit of work.
