Make sure remote access to the DB is supported at all steps #3

Last 17. Mai when upgrading share.ez.no to 4.4, using eZ Upgrade, i stumbled upon an issue : remote access to the database is not supported at all levels : some steps do support it, some don't. This causes the upgrade process to fail.

I will provide a pull request for that in a minute, implementing a first patch.

I just figured the patch is to be applied on ezcopy. Closing this issue now and proposing the patch on http://projects.ez.no/ezcopy .
