Requirements for 4.5.0 upgrade ask's for eZC200921 #9

Could you please specify? Do you mean there is a typo, or that eZ Upgrade indicates the wrong version of eZ Components actaully required by eZP 4.5?

Removed the requirement. Aside from the obvious syntax error, the requirement check for ezcomponents are non-functional at this point. Also, eZ Publish 4.5 requires ezcomponents-ezp45, and this is bundled with the release.
