UX - Add a 'back' button near the top of a comic overview page #3

When a user clicks a comic section (Herione Rises or One Shots), there should be an option to go back to the 'Comics' listings on the page itself rather than forcing them to click back on the browser or the comics tab in the NAV

Add padding to chapter info section to space it from the button set above it.
