Can this be made a google talk robot ? 

Or is there any robots have the similar function?

can i specify which engine to use?

or is there any commands or keywords that can specify an engine (Google or 
Wolfram|Alpha) for my calculation?

i hope function of (google) dictionary & wikipedia will be added.
