Remove Enhancer, fix new Google OneBox #186

I spent a while working to remove the need for the Enhancer extension by using 
the new Commands API for keyboard shortcuts and optional permissions for the 
custom Google URLs. I also got using Google for results working again. You 
probably want to clean up my code, though...

A sign of activity! I keep forgetting about the DuckDuckGo Zero-Click Box 
integration I was looking into. 'Hire' this guy, Brent?
