Find-in-reference disabled in right-click popup menu unless appropriate text is selected. #1014

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click on a word that documentation is available for (but that isn't
selected).
2. Notice that the "Find-in-reference" item is disabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead, find-in-reference should try to look up the reference for the word
containing the text cursor. (It's somewhat confusing that this applies to the
location of the text cursor and not the spot you clicked on, but this is
consistent with the behavior of the other items in that menu, like increasing
the indent.)
