Arduino IDE GUI not repainting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Arduino IDE

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the correct IDE Gui the shown windows is completly gray,
widgets appear only on mouse over. The attached exception is throwned at every 
resize of any part of the gui.

What version of the Arduino software are you using? On what operating
system?  Which Arduino board are you using?
Arduino 1.5.1 (Download 06-11-2012) on Windows 7 Professiona X64(SP1)
with JAVA_VERSION="1.7.0"

Please provide any additional information below.

Please redownload the IDE, there is a fixed 1.5.1r2 version.
