Non-HN / Non-authenticated User functionality #6

Can non-hn users (non authenticated users) use the site? Can they view office hours? my vote is yes.

Would some office hours holders like to restrict their office hours to be only open for fellow authenticated HNers? why am i talking so much? less complexity is probably going to be the answer to all the preceding questions.

non authenticated users can see office hours items, but can not see the username or contact information of the holder.

purpose: give as much information as possible without actually exposing the office hours holder to random contact from non-HNers looking for free consulting.

it has been decided that only HN users can register on the site.
