3 minor tag settings menu updates #101

  1. please add a trashcan icon to the left of the "delete" button
  2. please add a horizontal rule / separator between the actions and colors sections
  3. (not on monosnap pic) please add title to top of this menu: "Editing #tagname" (insert actual tagname)
