remove "completed tasks" navigation unless on the completed tasks page #115

(Personally, I think my idea was wrong anyways, so could change again, but i definitely want to remove it for now)

so:

  1. on the main tasks page, the "compelted tasks" link is not visible.
  2. if the user clicks "completed tasks" from settings, then it becomes visible (same behavior as snoozed tasks
