If completed item is filtered out, then re-displayed, make sure it continues to display as if it is completed #64

Current behavior

  1. If an item is completed (and we have the setting for "stay visible/crossed out until refresh"), we show it with a "completed" state.

  2. Next, if we remove it from visibility by selecting a #tag it that the task does not have, then it can't be seen anymore (expected behavior)

  3. Finally, if we re-display the task by unselecting the #tag that hid it, the item will re-render (expected), it will animate the checkbox completion (I love this, this is cool), but it will NOT display the text as striken through (this is a bug)

Action item

  1. make it so that on re-display, the item is displayed as completed, with a strikethrough.
  2. while we're at it, can we reduce the strikethrough thickness to just 1 pixel? (currently I believe it is 2)
