create a guided "task planning" UX

maybe idea is a "plan tasks" button that takes you through:
setting time estimates: (<15m,<1hr, <3hr, more) if they are too big, encourage you to break it up into subtasks asking you #important or #urgent
sequence of events, first do all tasks that don't have this info.
then review really old tasks: do you still want to do this? yes or no?
