@yassinya Currently the hover and active state for the tags are the same, let's update them to the following rules.
Clicking on a tag, turns its filter by status on and fills the tag.
Hovering a tag places a stoked border around the tag, and shows the contextual tag menu off to the left.
Hovering the contextual tag menu changes it to the interaction color and shows the stroked tags to indicate the association between the menu and the tags. The tag menu is a future feature discussed in issue #13
