rmq 2.1.1 fixes #25

Hi

I couldn't get the simple agent example to work under rmq 2.1.1, so I did some investigation and managed to get it going. Since that example is the most obvious thing to try when first getting started with Nanite, I think it's worth having it operating successfully against the latest rmq version!

Thanks for this, will look into the patches, but could you maybe rebase your own branch so that it doesn't include all the merge commits but just yours, and then send a new pull request with those? Thanks!
