Ncbi enrichment #44

Middleware to enrich ECs from the NCBI platform with the journal title, issn and essn and the article doi and title. This request is to be used in conjunction with https://github.com/ezpaarse-project/ezpaarse-platforms/pull/742.

The unit tests for this middleware will be added to the overall ezpaarse package.

Thank you for your contribution ! We will make a slight change afterwards in order to rename issn and essn fields, as we are using KBart names print_identifier and online_identifier :)
