What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install AvrISP on an Arduino Mega
2. Connect wires per the instructions
3. Attempt to program another Arduino

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected: 
4. Programing using the Mega as an AVRISP works.

actual:
4. programming fails.

http://code.google.com/p/mega-isp/source/browse/trunk/avrisp/ArduinoISP.pde.

pins_arduino.h should do the right thing for Arduino or Aruino Mega.
