Have to reload from arduino #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load mega-isp from arduino 
2. Leave alone for hours/days
3. Come back an try to run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect this:

The problem is fixed by a reload from arduino

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
arduino: 0010
mega-isp: 03
ubuntu linux: feisty-fawn
