Switch to using rustfmt-nightly. In order to do this all the way, we should:
[ ] Format all existing code using rustfmt-nightly
[ ] Create a script in the test-scripts directory that can verify that all code is already properly formatted (see here for instructions), and adding this to Travis and AppVeyor CI configurations
