Error message (balloon) for form has odd behavior #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://demo.52framework.com/demos/blog/article.html in FF 4.0
2. Don't fill the form but click on submit
3. The balloon fixes position on the screen when you scroll

1. http://demo.52framework.com/demos/blog/article.html in Chrome 10.0.648.x
2. Don't fill the form but click on submit
3. The balloon is not a balloon

Please fix it.

The boilerplate project has fixed it. (See the discussion at 
https://github.com/paulirish/html5-boilerplate/issues/374 .)
They fixed it in the reset.ccs -> see here:
