View full list of nodes using a tag #124

Add a view so that editors can see all of the nodes with a particular tags

Thanks! I hesitated whether it was worth submitting this, but we have a client who gets some really good use of this, so maybe it can help someone else.

I've released 2.3 now with some more fixes from master which were not released previously.
