[WIP] Redis by Default + Docker Sync Support

Big update here.

• Redis is now the Cache by default
• Docker Sync is available if you don't want / cannot use NFS

Todos:

• [x] update the documentation

IMPORTANT NOTES: Due to Docker for Mac 17.12 and + there are multiple issues with Mac OSX, referenced by both the provider we use to optimize performance on OSX
