Support for last version of Docker for Mac!

• Docker for Mac 18.03

This PR:

• removes the Docker Sync support (as it was not working well anyway since changes in Docker for mac)

• leverage the new stable release that allows us to do that on OSX

  Then now we are mounting the host directly from the container and not from the Machine => much better and should also bring good stuff with Swarm and Kubernetes

• drops support of Platform.sh config for eZ 1.x => go 2.x

• uses the env/platformsh.php provided by ezplatform by default. (This version is great and now Launchpad does not need to provide one anymore, no more overlap)

• few other small things like auto wiring, dependencies update etc.

Note: I have tested write performances and that is good, this mount approach has the same benefits the NFS mount from the Mobby VM (around 69Mb/s)

thanks @adrianalonsotck I am really willing to merge it but I need to do a bit of documentation for people who are going to move from the previous version to this one. There are 1 or 2 things they will have to do to make it smooth. Mainly adding an option to the /etc/exports (-alldirs)
