Move solr core 'data' folder #30

Move data folder from shared volume. This fixes the perms issues with sharing the data folder without needing to 777 it.

Helps with setting up multi-core.

It sounds really simple and pragmatic, I like that. It makes a lot of sense as well. Solr data should not be in the host! Thx I think I will merge asap
