Fixed some typos #65

I spotted some typos when I googled "ez launchpad", and started fixing them. While I was at it, I also rephrased some sentences in a way I think they are more correct, or sound better. I changed "Mac OS X" to "macOS", because this is the current name of this OS. Some things I do not know how to fix:

</> left of "You will end up with a full Docker stack..."
_ left of "Common Commands"
