V2 prototype: symfony3hybrid requirements #24

This prototype's "master" branch is v2/prototype/symfony3hybrid, and this pull request is open to discuss what goes into it.

Pending the results of the discussions, prototype experimentation, and feedback, the end goal of the v2/prototype/symfony3hybrid branch is to merge into v2.0.0-alpha as we arrive at the specifications stage.

This PR's end goal is to satisfy #4 and relates to #9
